Join us for a weekend with Mary Heiny Sensei.

Heiny Sensei, 7th dan, began her training almost 60 years ago after watching O’Sensei teach. Since then, she has dedicated her life to cultivating the path of Aikido. Her instruction emphasizes the integrity of one’s structure and relationship to one’s partner. She shares her understanding generously, offering us tools to develop our Aikido skill and ourselves as human beings.

Seminar Schedule:

Fri: 6:00-7:30 pm

Sat: 10:00 am-12:00 pm, 3:00-5:00 pm, followed by a potluck party

Sun: 10:00 am-12:00 pm
